8:00 – Noon Individual Exhibits may be set up in departments

1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. Individual Exhibits may be set up in departments
EXCEPT Food Preservation/Canned Goods and Cut Flowers
Monday June 9, 2025
7:30 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. Individual Exhibits may be registered and set up in
ONLY Food Preparation (Breads/Candies, etc.) and Cut Flowers
8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Judging of Exhibits in the Educational Building
** Please Note…(The building will be closed during judging.) **
Sunday June 15, 2025
1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. All Booths and Exhibits MUST be checked out.
***NOTE….exhibits that are not checked out by 3:00 will be discarded and exhibitor checks will be marked VOID.
EXHIBITORS MUST HAVE THEIR CLAIM TICKET TO CHECK OUT EXHIBITS!
Checks will be mailed later in August.
