On-Line Registration Closes. Any additional passes and/or additional armbands for families of livestock exhibitors must be purchased on-line in ShoWorks before on-line registration closes.

Friday, May 30

Livestock Stall Assignments and Judging Sheet Layouts are Due.

Monday, June 2

5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Livestock Collection Evening (All Livestock exhibitors must come pick up their passes, armbands, stall assignment(s), and any other information that needs to be disbursed.)

Saturday, June 7

Stall Clean Out/Set Up – ALL Barns (8:00 a.m. – noon)

Sunday, June 8

Stall Clean Out/Set Up – ALL Barns (1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.)

All livestock barns close at 9:00 p.m. daily.
All Special Livestock Events will take place in the J.W. Collier Show Arena


Monday, June 9

3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.     All rabbits MUST be entered
5:30 p.m.                        Rabbit Show (Check out after the show)


Tuesday, June 10

8:00 a.m. – Noon           All Poultry, Swine, Sheep, Horses, and Mules MUST be in                                               place by noon.  Poultry must be tested prior to entry.
8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m     Cattle MUST be in place by 2:00.
12:00 p.m.                     Weigh-In: Swine/Market Lambs 
6:00 p.m.                       Shepherd’s Lead In
6:30 p.m.                       Sheep Show (Must leave after Swine show)
7:30 p.m.                       Swine Show (Must leave after show)


Wednesday, June 11

8:00 a.m. – Noon        Market and Dairy Goats MUST be entered by noon
